Refund policy
🔸️Return policy -
If your order is not up to your satisfaction or has any damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item with a photo and an uncut continuous parcel openning video showing the address clearly. Failure to notify us within this time frame may affect your eligibility for a refund. Once we confirm receipt of your email/message, you must return the item in it's original condition within 7 business days. Please note that IBNA'S ATTIRE does not cover shipping costs for returns.
After we receive and assess the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Please make sure to notify us within 24 hours and return the item within 7 business days. Failure to meet these timelines will result in the refund being declined.
Refunds will only cover the cost of the items; shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
While we strive to accurately represent our products, please note that colors and details may vary depending on your device settings and lighting.
‼️We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following items:
🔸️Clothes:
▪️Worn or used clothes.
▪️ Items not in their original condition or packaging.
▪️Perfume-scented clothing (cannot be returned if worn with fragrance).
▪️ Clearance sale items (mentioned in the product description).
▪️Damaged items due to customer handling.
▪️Items purchased after the 7-day return period.
🔸️Jewelleries/ Accessories:
▪️Sale or discounted items.
▪️ Any items containing earrings (for hygiene purpose).
▪️Nose pins/clips (for hygiene purpose).
▪️Hair accessories (for hygiene purpose).
🔸️Note: Preorder and customized products can not be returned or refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that cancellations are not possible as items are often packed and shipped immediately after your order is placed.
