How long does shipping take with Ibnas Attire?

Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2 to 3 working days after the parcel is dropped off. For other European countries, delivery typically takes 7 to 9 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Does Ibnas Attire offer free shipping?

Yes, Ibnas Attire offers free shipping within the Netherlands on orders above €100. Delivery is available across Europe.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

Yes. Under EU consumer law, you can withdraw from your purchase and return items within 30 calendar days of receiving your package, as long as they're returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Are all items eligible for return?

Most items can be returned, but customized or altered-to-size items are non-returnable. Sealed hygiene items such as earrings, nose pins, and hair accessories also cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer covers return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. A trackable shipping method with insurance is recommended, since Ibnas Attire cannot refund items lost in transit without proof of postage.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once a returned item is received and inspected in original, unworn condition, refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days back to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Ibnas Attire does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective items are covered under the EU legal guarantee. Contact info@ibnasattire.com with photos of the issue, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Ibnas Attire covers repair, replacement, or return shipping costs and issues a full refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, if the order hasn't entered fulfillment yet. Email info@ibnasattire.com as soon as possible to cancel and receive a full refund. If it's already been dispatched, you'll need to return it under the standard 30-day policy instead.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@ibnasattire.com within this period. We aim to respond within 24 business hours.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
With all tags intact
Free from soiling, perfume, or scents

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Customized items, including sarees with pico and blouses with size alterations
Sealed hygiene items (earrings, nose rings, hair accessories)

This is in line with EU consumer law, which excludes personalized and customized goods from the standard right of withdrawal.

Free Shipping & Partial Returns

Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands. If you make a partial return that brings your remaining order value below €100, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, as the free shipping threshold would no longer be met.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. Please use a tracked service and retain your tracking number. For defective or damaged items, contact us at info@ibnasattire.com with photos for a full refund including shipping.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Full-order return (standard shipping): Item price + original shipping cost refunded.
Partial return: Item price only. Original shipping not refunded.
Premium/express delivery: Delivery upgrade cost is never refunded.
Defective items: Full refund including shipping.
Partial return where order drops below €100: Standard shipping cost deducted from refund.
